We were dissappointed to hear that you believe you were cut-off at 5pm -we can only imagine that there must have been a fault on the switchboard as our offices are open until 5.20pm - and for that we apologise.
Customer Services do not have direct access to the diaries of our experience providers so we do need to contact them directly to check available dates for our customers.

Not realy dealt with intothe blue after the first telephone contact as the experience was booked direct. The voucher came fast , was simple to aquire and was great value
