This matter was totally out of our hands and was cancelled by the Operator themselves and not Into the Blue late on the afternoon of Monday 11th.

The majority of our vouchers are valid for 12 months however, there are some special offers and discounted experiences (the experience you have purchased is one of these) that have a shorter life span - this is a time restriction put on by the supplier of the experience and is displayed in the activity information. I will ask our production team if they can perhaps make this clearer on our website.
