Hi, there is no way you can compare reaper powder to paprika, paprika has no heat at all! The colour of chilli will change throughout the year, as the seasons occur the pods will mature slightly more creating a change in the colour spectrum, in winter the pods will be lighter in colour and summer darker, so this changes the colour of the pods and powder. On the heat again nature is nature and will not produce exact heat levels in the pods, even on the same branch one pod can be half the heat of the next one, we test as a batch obviously but can have some parts that are lower in heat than the rest. Of course we are defending our product, there is no way you had paprika instead of reaper powder, unless the label stated paprika and we sent the wrong item, but that is not what you are saying, you are saying it looked like paprika because it was redder than the stuff before and on that basis you consider the powder to be paprika, which is a load of rubbish, basing your judgement on something because of natural colour is madness, its a shame you decided to provide feedback instead of contacting us stating you had a problem with the product, its like you just want to leave bad feedback but its not based on reality. If there is a genuine problem we will listen and deal with, however you have decided to leave feedback stating nonsense and I have called you on that fact and you consider we need to be concerned by your comments when I know your comments are not true.

You have left feedback which I dont agree with, but this is feedback not contact, if you want help with a problem please contact us to help, if you want to leave feedback then there is nothing I can do or will do because you are making a statement that I am responding to, but calling reaper powder that burns you paprika is not something I can or will agree with! If there is a problem, feedback is not the place to get it sorted!
