MOT was overpriced - why? Would have expected the car to be valeted as one was paying £460! No courtesy car offered.

Thanks for taking the time to review us, Valeting vehicles when they are serviced is not something we offer unfortunately, we keep our servicing prices low, and this means that we do not do service valets. The price of an Mot is the price set by Vosa, as we do not carry out Mot's on the premises we do have to charge vat on top of the price. We always offer customers courtesy cars but there were already 2 booked out on your chosen date and we only have 2 vehicles.
