It is unfortunate that the supplier was no able to honour the booking for which we regret and apologise for any inconvenience. However, we note that a full refund of any money taken was processed within 2 days. We refute any allegation of 'tactics'

I e-mail them about the bank charges and they did not respond,also they said they prosessed the refund within 2 day it took a week for them to refund it.Its is possible to stop the payment they eventually got a manager to return my calls but still no refund for the bank charges or even the cost of all the calls, I will never use this company again.
