Thank you for your comment. We have checked your booking and can see no quote given for a name change. That said, you have pointed out that the error was yours and not that of our staff. Unfortunately, once a booking is made any changes will be subject to airline/broker fees and admin charges. This is a situation over which we have no control. Costs are subject to the airline involved and can vary quite considerably. We can assure you that the airline on which you are confirmed does not charge £50.00 for a name change. With regard to seats together, again this is airline policy and one over which we have no control.
