Easy booking
Easy to navigate the site, easy to book. Only downside for me was there was no option to add luggage so I don’t know what we have.

Mrs Swan this does not appear accurate. You booked online on our website - a package - and as per the terms of use of the website that you ticked to accept, the booking fulfilled. Money was debited in accordance with those terms, not taken without your permission. Any changes required after this are subject to the same terms and associated charges. We will advise the team involved if you are still awaiting some resolution about this and contact will be made via normal channels..

It specifies on your website if you cannot fulfill the request ( not an order) then no money will be taken without your consent. I understand I have to pay for flights but not sure why I have to pay for seats a hold luggage. I have contacted your team and seemingly I will be re-embursed for accommodation.
