Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your delivery service, I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was not delivered on the following Saturday from the date of ordering, I can confirm unfortunately we are only able to provide Saturday delivery if ordered before 12pm midday on Friday that week. Any orders past this time would be sent for Saturday deliver the following Saturday. Kind regards,

Hi there and thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, I am very sorry to hear that your email to our customer services department was not replied to with an appropriate response, I have checked and unfortunately we do require our automated email be replied to so that we know your query is not covered in our FAQ provided. I can confirm that at this time unfortunately we are not able to predict the VAT (or equivalent) charge that would be incurred for our international orders at this time and so this charge would have to be covered when your parcel goes through customs at your country for delivery, I can assure you this should be showing in our Terms and Conditions on our website as well as on the link prompted at the top of all international web orders during the ordering stage.
