The site went down during a v.large order. The customer service team were unable to help after ten minutes call

Your service is good but unfortunately the sandals were faulty , as soon as I put them on the strap detached itself . Very disappointed as I loved the sandals.

Dress arrived promptly and packed very well. Fitted well.
Hobbs remembered my birthday! Dress delivered quickly and well packed with care. Maybe a little smaller than expected - need to shed the lockdown pounds!
