Hi Stephen, Thank you for your kind words about our service during the Covid blighted period that you've had to endure, with repeated cancellations and rebooking of your holiday originally planned for August 2021. We are so very sorry to hear about the state of 128 Canterbury Villa and I passed your feedback on to the Property Management Company who look after this villa. As yet I've not had a satisfactory response, and more importantly been told that the villa has had the necessary repairs, broken furniture replaced, the pool been totally scoured, and generally brought back up to standard. Consequently I will be de-listing the property from our website and will not be making it available to rent through us until I'm satisfied all this remedial action has been carried out. This doesn't obviously help you in any way, but we appreciate the review so we can take the necessary action to make sure our clients get the best experience possible when they book with us.
