Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you are disappointed with us on this occasion. Inevitably there were always going to be holidaymakers who just missed out on receiving their friends and family discount after having their booking confirmed shortly before the start date of the scheme. I am sorry that on this occasion it was you, but as part of our friends and family programme the discount which was sent to you is life long, and should you change your mind and decide to book again with us, which I very much hope you will, then this reduction will be applied for you against any future bookings.
