I very much hope so too! With regards to the review section of the website, it's necessary for us to seek permission to publish your comments when returning a questionnaire. Currently this is limited to comments noted in question 8 on your form. Unfortunately if issues are mentioned elsewhere on the questionnaire then we cannot publish these without permission. I have recommended Helpful Holidays to all my friends. There was something special and delightful about every one of their properties I have stayed in. There was one occasion when I wanted to book a large house to invite friends to celebrate a special birthday. Before I could make the booking I had to know the names of everyone attending. This was difficult and i gave up on the idea. It was however a stipulation made by the owner and not Helpful Holiday's and staff did all they could to find another property.
I have always found the staff efficient and friendly.
