¿Quién puede dejar una reseña en Feefo?

Solo los clientes con prueba de compra pueden dejar una reseña en Feefo. Nos aseguramos de ello poniéndonos en contacto con los compradores inmediatamente después de la transacción.

¿Cómo verificamos las reseñas?

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you feel you didn't get everything from the course that you wanted to, particularly with INDEX, MATCH and OFFSET. We always want our learners to leave feeling happy and confident with the new knowledge and skills they have gained, so apologies for not fully meeting that brief on this occasion.

Misleading course advertising with an over-reliance on novelty

The Happy website needs to state who the course is aimed at, i.e. very senior managers with large teams who are not involved in a lot of day-to-day operations as they have managers who ensure this...

I’m really sorry to hear that the course was not the right one for you and it didn't meet your expectations. This course is aimed towards managers of all levels, not just at managers who are working at senior level – however we are taking your comments on board and will pass them to the trainer. It can sometimes difficult to balance the needs of the whole group and still meet everyone's individual expectations due to different learning styles etc. so I'm really sorry if you feel this happened to you.
