Thank you for your feedback, I apologise you were unhappy with the provision of bedding. We hire our bedding with all sizes being available so I am a little disappointed to hear this. I will pass this onto our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made going forward.
We encourage all our guests to report anything they are unhappy with to us so we can provide assistance, regarding the scatter pillows and the dog bag, we could have arranged for this to be rectified during your visit with in-house laundry services available. Maybe something to remember should you visit again in the future.
All our holidays are self-catering, we provided the basics to help get your holiday started. Many of our guests order groceries online , there are also supermarkets within a ten minute drive of the estate and we have a market stall on the estate which supplies basic essentials to save you from leaving the estate.
