Hi Elizabeth, I am really pleased that you are so happy with the speed of service, product and packaging. I am also really sorry that you were disappointed by your free sample being in a plastic bag. For future reference, if you order from us again you can open the Free Sample product details and under the product packaging tab it says what it is packaged in. We have also changed the sample names to make it even clearer when a product is plastic free. Hopefully this will prevent you or anyone else unknowingly picking a free sample that is in plastic.
