Overall useful, choosing seat assignments would be helpful
The service was good and easy to use, though it would have been nice to be able to choose seat assignments. I had to pay a fee to change my seat at the airport.

Excellent
Great. Worked well. Rang up to ask if I had any seat preferences, needed special meals promptly. No problems at all. And saved me a lot of money.
