We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and we regret any inconveniences this issue might have brought to you. Unfortunately, when someone wants to change his/her ticket need to pay a change fee plus the fare difference. Also, we have reviewed your case where you have been advised that minimum connection time to your flight is enough as per the airline’s calid connection. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, if a passenger wants to change a flight he or she will have to pay a fee due to the fact that fares are changing dynamically. We regret any inconveniences these issues might have brought to you.
