Good customer service however my honeymoon turn out to be one of the worst experiences of my life paid for upgrade and received a room which was not habitable.

We are so sorry that you were disappointed with your accommodation. In case of any problems arise, we give all customers a voucher with our number on it and the number of their service provider so they can always get help if they need it. If you had called us or your service provider, service provider would have ensured that any concerns you had were dealt promptly while you are in resort.
