We had a policy with you for a few years. We then bought a new phone. We asked for cover for this and you started another policy but failed to cancel the old one so 2 payments went out in one month....

Person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful! It was so easy to renew my policy. I have faith if anything was to go wrong they would be reliable in rectifying it.
