Any business can be very good at TAKING in money from customers and I bet there will be very few problems in making a payment or setting up a DD.... the test is in the service when it is required...

I wish I had chosen another company to insure my ipad with. The communications were awful, and the time taken to return and repair my ipad was totally unacceptable. Will NOT be recommending or renewing next year. Very disappointed indeed.
