I am glad to hear that once we had been contacted, our Customer Service team were able to track it down and reissue a replacement order for you while the 1st order was being returned to us due to an unknown refused delivery.

We are continually looking to improve our service and shipping options. We are currently working on even more subsidised shipping options which will be available during the check out shortly.

Thank you for your feed back on this, I know our Customer Service team have been trying to get hold of you to make sure we can learn where it was you experienced these hitches and get these addressed asap!

We are constantly looking to improve our site and service, so much so that we have been spending thousands each month re-coding the site with amazing new developers to get rid of any bad code that found its way in there from previous versions.

We also see a great value in subscriptions and I personally have been trying to get this set up for a few years now. Sadly we have not been able to offer these previously due to restrictions put in place by Payment gateways and merchant facilities, however we are currently working on a work around if you will, so will keep you posted ;-)
