Good product. Poor packaging. Needs to be waterproof..
Use more substantial packaging. My parcel was left out in the porch where it got wet and so did the contents.

Incorrect item received
Incorrect item delivered without any explanation, was instead given 2 of another ítem i ordered but this version is cheaper.

Thank you so much for the feedback :) About the cheaper postage service, we recently changed from Royal Maisl standard 24 and 48hr delivery, to their premium fully tracked service. It does cost more than previous postage but we think at £3.65 it offers great value for a tracked service. Hopefully you think so too! :D
