Hi Julia, Upon reviewing your case, we found that based on the information provided in the letter from your GP, the claim was initially declined as a pre-existing condition under the moratorium underwriting. However, once you brought to our attention there may be a typo in the GP letter, we immediately sought clarification and requested the call recording from your consultation with Health Hero to verify details. Unfortunately, we have not received this information from you.
