Disgusting attitude and completely disrespectful.
The worst experience of my life dealing with the staff at the mapperley branch. Totally disrespectful and got very sick of being told 'theres nothing I can do'. I paid a LOT of money for them to sell...

I found them helpful. I am happy with what they did and will use them again. I think the female staff definitely fancied me and probably the male staff did as well, which probably helped.
