Magazine still hasn't turned up yet after 7 weeks.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you are having delivery problems with your Fortean Times subscription. I can see you have contacted our Customer Care Team and they have extended your subscription to compensate and verified your address. Although the issues are being dispatched on time (start issue 02.12.21) due to severe mail delays and being based overseas, we would expect your print copies to be slightly delayed at this moment in time and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The second issue of your subscription has now also been dispatched, please let us know if you continue to experience delays or if the copy does not arrive and we will be happy to send a replacement.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your subscription and the copies are being dispatched on time. The first issue was 02.12.21. Given the current postal delays and the fact that you live overseas we would expect the print copies to be delayed. I have extended your subscription by a free copy to compensate. Its not that easy to read, articles are over inflated and could be said with fewer words, in shorter articles?

I was very pleased with the quick emails and acknowledgement if order. The first magazine did arrive later than expected but this could be a postal problem. Magazine great.
Well I've paid my subscription in full, but am still awaiting my first issue. Apparently my address was incorrect in their system, so I'm hoping to see something soon- because it's been some months....
