Thank you so much for your feedback. You’re right the course you attended was not up to our normal high standards. We have put steps in place to make sure that it never happens again. I’m sorry that you didn’t get to experience us at our best. It’s good to hear you were able to attend the additional free day and I hope that you gained not only the qualification but the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

You’re right our Aqua Instructor Course at the end of last year was not up to our usual standards. We had a new member of staff and mistakes were made. That’s why we offered all students on the course a refund if they no longer wished to study with us or an free extra day of tuition and revision (leading to a 100% pass rate). I’m sorry that you didn’t have the best experience studying with us and I really hope that you’ll give us another chance in the future.
