Thank you for your feedback and following our conversation we note there was some confusion with our branding, hence the low score to our service feedback. We have checked our records and the confirmation we sent to you did refer to Flyjersey but we suspect you are more familiar with the Travelsmith brand.

I am trying to keep it a secret because flying from Southampton is a pleasure unlike Gat..ck you are not treated like cattle. car park one hundred metres from terminal, about the same to the plane....

There is always a good choice of hotels and flight times.
Flight was on time, very pleasant and efficient staff.
