Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, it is honest and you make some very valid points. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, all of our drivers are restricted by covid regulations, it is the only safe way in which we are able to keep on trading. I'm very sorry that this was an inconvenience for you, but it is a necessary evil in current times. We do advise all of our customers to ensure that they have an additional recipient if this is necessary to take delivery, as we don't always have two drivers to a van, particularly with our outsourced deliveries.
