Hello! Thanks for posting your review here. Streaming services such as Amazon Prime often block incoming VPN connections and this is something that we do our best to make our customers aware of. There are several options available to you if you are experiencing this issue such as using SmartDNS, bypassing the VPN on the streaming device via our FlashRouters Privacy App, and trying different VPN providers.
