We are sorry if you felt overwhelmed - we understand there is a lot of information to take on board when the heating engineers are giving you all of the options. The engineers are trained not to be pushy - we know customers do not respond to these sorts of tactics. We will speak with the engineer and offer further training. With regards to the price we are unable to answer questions until the survey is complete as this will dictate the room measurements and volume, kilowatt requirements etc and this information all lends itself to your final figure.
We are glad that all is well now. When we spoke on the phone none of the above was mentioned in conversation and we do regret not being given the chance to apologise or assist you further.
