Overly aggressive sales tactics.
Sales persons to pushy and would not take no for an answer. Having dealt with these people before I will never let anyone working for this company into my home again.

Great job!
Friendly installers did the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The windows look very nice we are very pleased with them.
