Dont listen to any one
web site said 5 day delivery....2 man delivery sorted and after 4 weeks waiting .. item arrived on a pallet with just driver.. lost confidence in them .

No problems - product was exactly as offered. I did not chase for delivery, but waited to be contacted by first furniture. Only slight delay was caused by them only delivering to my area once a week...
