It has been a pleasure speaking with you in the past week or so, I appreciate your open and constructive feedback when we spoke - I also wanted to acknowledge your comments officially here on Feefo.
We've learned a lot from your experience and its been extremely valuable for us as a business to see where we needed to improve. Onboarding, Communication, payment delays and margin - there have been actions taken on all those key areas you raised, and while there were mitigating circumstances, this is no excuse, we let you down.
All which remains for me to do is to apologise for the area's we fell short - and we did on the occasion. My offer remains that we'd really like to work with you again in the future to further reassure you that your experience was way short of our usual standards but also very rare - i hope that is something we can make happen soon.
