Thank you so much for your kind comments about the service you received and also for your feedback about the speed of our customer portal. We are really sorry that the speed issue led you to mark us down to 4/5 as the portal is there to make things easier for our clients. It has made us extra determined to try and solve the IT issues we are currently having and work out why it is running slowly from time to time.
