Thanks for the feedback. We are very sorry you feel our courtesy return transfers were not timely. We do try to time the return of the boats/beach so all guests arrive back to the centre around the same time. However, as we do not run the transfers until all the boats have returned and guests have finished checking out there can sometimes be a wait for those who get back early. We do try to limit this as much as possible. I will look into why this happened in your case and, if we could have performed better, will take action to ensure it does not happen again. As in your case some hotels are a long way from the dive centre so it is not feasible to run several transfers but like most dive centres in Sharm, we offer a free pick-up and drop-off for those who wish to use it. Many guests stay for a beer, choose to walk, do a spot of shopping in Naama Bay or take a taxi but we try to ensure the drop off is done to suit as many as possible. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us look at ways of improving our service. Safety is our number one priority and our surface intervals are determined using standard procedures. It is difficult to accommodate a longer interval for one or two divers due to the knock-on effect on other divers; extra transport and guides would be needed to allow dives to take place at different intervals. Given enough notice, guests can book private guiding and enjoy more flexibility but this is difficult during busy times. As a repeat guest I would like to thank you for your support.
