Good knowledge about divesites, good diveguides and good service ! It's waisted money if you check-in in Marina Village and you have to pay lunch extra if you book all-inn for one week.

as we are a completely seperate business to the hotel we cannot include the meals as part of their all inclusive program. We often suggest to divers that half-board may be a better hotel meal plan for those doing daily diving trips, and you may want to consider that as an option for any further trips. Of course for a safari trip, the quoted price includes all meals and soft drinks (wine at dinner on Emperor Elite) so if you are considering that for your next trip then it won't be a concern. My sympathies if there was some misunderstanding between your Tour Operator and you about what the all inclusive meal plan contained.

Service at Moreen Beach resort was professional and friendly, and the reef is very nice indeed. Trip to Abu Dabab had way too many divers - 28 in total, but the location was nice indeed. Lunch...

you have my apologies there. It was a busy day as it can be a popular trip, and we did communicate that to the hotel beforehand (we ordered lunch at 9am...) but they were inadequately staffed to cope. We do keep a lot of the diving as 'extras' which may have caused the confusion with the price list and I sympathise with you here, as we try to keep a low base rate for daily diving for those divers that just want the basics. All staff concerned at Resta Reef were knowledgeable and helpful, with emphasis on safety. Hired equipment was in good serviceable order. I would happily return with confidence. Thankyou.
I completed my cetification course with Duncan. He was patient and responsive to my every need. I also went on several boat and shore dives the guides were awesome. I had an excellent week of diving.
