glad you had a good week overall and thanks for highlighting a few things. We are aware that by not having a dive centre at the marina front, rinsing kit is restricted to using the fresh water on the boat or in the hotel room, a bit like on a liveaboard, I sympathise with that however - watch this space! Thanks for highlighting Bernie and the crews being generally good, he did mention a couple of complaints about the RIB one day and it has been followed up. Regarding the conservative dives, we are used to guiding people of all abilities and it is fair that most of the sites in Marsa Alam are fairly easy dives. However, we do allow those with more experience and certifications to complete unguided dives, where greater depths can be achieved. I hope this was offered to you if that's what you were after. glad you had a great trip. Actually we have been testing a few brands of torches trying to find the right one to replace our older stock - we need reliable and easy to use, of course every manufacturer tells you theirs are best! I guarantee we will have new stock by summer next year, once we are happy with a certain type. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and we look forward to seeing you again.

and while I'm glad you were surprised by our goodwill gesture we try to be proactive about solving any issues that arise and are happy when gestures are accepted as above and beyond. I know Tracy was with you on that day too as one of the dive guides - I'd be really interested if you have any further information about what you mention with the Oceans trip for your wife and granddaughter as it is very unusual to hear anything but praise for Tracy.
