I sent my son for a training input and it was delivered appropriately. What wasn't clear…
I sent my son for a training input and it was delivered appropriately. What wasn't clear was that lunch/refreshments was COST option as I had the impression it was 'Provided'.

Their events team have confirmed that lunch was provided and that maybe there was a misunderstanding on the day.
