Hi Karen. Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, some customers like yourself are experiencing an issue with the calendar not displaying when placing an order online. This is something that our development team is looking into and we hope to resolve shortly. If an order is received without a delivery date we would call to arrange a date. I apologise that this did not happen after you had placed your order.

We are disappointed to hear that you had these issues with delivery. Unfortunately, when you placed your order our lorry for local deliveries was off the road being repaired. We therefore used a third-party courier to deliver your order. Unlike our own lorry which is smaller and equipped with a grab arm to manoeuvre bags into specific areas, the 3rd party courier delivers using a larger vehicle and on pallets using a pallet trolley which cannot be moved too far due to their weight and can usually only be delivered kerbside. This should have been explained to you at the time of ordering on the phone and in the email confirmation you received but we apologise unreservedly if this was not the case. If you were to place an order with us again, we would make sure that our own vehicle is used for your delivery to prevent this situation from occurring again.
