Thanks for the feedback, and we are sorry to hear you didn’t receive a positive experience on this occasion.
We’ve tried to keep the medical questions as simple as we can on Dreamsaver wedding insurance, so we can cover as many people as possible for their big day. Basically, as long as you or your partner have not received a terminal diagnosis or are undergoing tests, investigation or treatment then your conditions will be covered under the policy. The reason we exclude if you are undergoing tests or investigation then no diagnosis has been given and therefore, we don’t know what is being covered (this sort of thing is fairly common in many insurances, such as travel insurance as well).
That being said, once any tests and investigations have been completed and you have a diagnosis, then please call us on 01483 806 662 and we will be able to confirm if you have cover under the policy for the condition.
