Excellent service before and during trip
Communication was excellent, travel issues resolved. We didn't see our 'rep' but she was in contact by What's App, which suited us fine.

Excellent holiday at the Discerning Hotel in Kalkan, Turkey
Attentive but discreet. Always friendly. Laura and Holly on the concierge team were always on hand to assist and were so knowledgeable. It is easy to see why these guys are the Kalkan specialists
