Thank you for your feedback. You are right to assume so and so would I. I've checked with our admin team and was surprised to learn that we actually don't do this. Or at least we didn't used to until today! Thank you so much for pointing this out. Incidently, if your forms had not been returned to us for any reason we would have contacted you but this is not the same as assuring you that everything is OK.
We are committed to continual improvement so this type of feedback is very valuable to us. Thank you very much for helping us to improve our service.
