I'm sorry it's taken a while for easyJet process the refund. I'm pleased to see that this has come through and was refunded to your card on 17/9/14. I hope you were happy with the our service, despite these delays from easyJet. Sara, Customer Services

The flights were efficient and prompt, the aircrew were capable and pleasant. I hate flying but it wasn't a bad experience - unlike the airport!
