Many thanks for your review. We are sorry that it has taken our seamstresses a little longer than normal to make your duvet during this hectic busy period and can fully understand your disappointment. We hope that you thoroughly enjoy your duvet and have many nights of great sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and for your kind comments about your first order. All of our products are individually handcrafted to order, here in our Devon workshops, however we do apologise for the extra time it took to make your bespoke product for you. Bespoke items do take longer to make as it involves extra work for laying up and sizing to ensure it is as accurate as possible to the bespoke size ordered. If we have a high volume of bespoke orders it does mean production takes a bit longer. We have fallen short in communication with you in terms of the time it took and we are sorry that you felt that your order was not valued.
