Wonderful service and great prices
I was looking for a special hotel and experience in Dubai. David was absolutely fantastic and managed to offer us rooms at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the Palm.

Still awaiting refund!
I am still awaiting my refund for cancelled airport transfers. Despite countless emails and phone call to customer services! I would be very careful booking as this seems to be very suspicious...

Please be assured there is no cause for suspicion. We made the refund as promised and it would appear is held by your bank who have simply not deposited it in your account. We can provide evidence to assist you approaching them and will do so via normal channels. We apologise if any communication about this has been unclear.

My bank is a reputable British bank, I have spoken to my bank several times about this issue and they can confirm the money has never been refunded by destination 2. I have been emailing and phoning you daily about this. The bank are now needing to use their fraud team to investigate. Terrible customer service!

Still waiting on my correct paperwork!
5 days after booking my holiday and despite repeated requests for correct paperwork, I’m still waiting. Great when they want your money but when you want something sorted I feel I’m being ignored.
