Mr Brunton, we are sorry to hear this and understand it was a human error for which we apologise and have now corrected. We regret any delay to the expected timescales for doing so, this was due to your consultant not being on shift and having to contact the cruise.

Easy to book, deal with and manage and everything that was arranged was as described. Transfers were efficient and on time with representatives where they were supposed to be.
