Good response when I had difficulty finalising payment; told everything would be held until I had time to resolve. Documentation for holiday received quickly.

The sales staff seem only interested in making a sale rather thanC Care!
Listen to customer requests and at least try to help. I’ve lost a deposit due to misinformation. Had to rebook!

You appear to have booked online on both occasions and the availability of flights would show over which our sales staff have no control. We can see that you have also booked for different travel dates and this can make a difference to availability that shows.This is not misinformation.

Still not getting it! I telephoned the sales line also!!! I wanted to fly from Manchester on first booking but told it wasn’t possible. I then found out it was!! I decided to change the date on re- booking as I knew it would cause confusion if I booked the same date but didn’t want to miss out on the package. I am still waiting for this first holiday to be cancelled with customer service. I am told I will lose my deposit. So hope you can see where I am coming from as all this was caused by being given misinformation! Flights were available from Manchester on my first dates but too late as given the information I went ahead with a booking!’n
Pretty poor customer service so my first comments and ratings stand I am afraid. There was one lady in customer services who was really helpful but another not.
I did give a better rating for the second holiday that I have booked as things did go smoother there

It is so hard to get hold of anyone once youve booked a holiday. I was told by the advisor when i called them its better to book online than talking to them on the phone. I then did then and had some...

Excellent and very reassuring
The service provided by Destination 2 and in particular Nadine was exemplary. Nadine was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend Destination 2 to anyone and everyone.

Hello Mr Horinek, you chose to accept the flight change that shortened your holiday and did so in the knowledge a refund by the hotel was not guaranteed although we have tried for you. This may be a matter for your travel insurance now as has been suggested.
