Mr Cooper we are disappointed to see this review. You made specific request for the arrangements including original dates of travel due to budget and school holidays. We would expect that customers research the destination and those requirements before instructing us to book. Thereafter a change of date by some 6 months would result in differing costs from the suppliers and airline involved. Since you were amending your arrangements and not booking as a new customer, the website prices could not be given. We do not find that our agent has caused any of this issue and will of course address any formal complaint.

Friendly and effiient
Answered all my questions and rang hotel directly to find out something she didn't know. Rang me back immediately. Very friendly and supportive. Would definitely use again.
