£102 to change name of guest on hotel only booking 🤬
We booked a hotel only with destination 2 - we couldn’t go last minute due to illness and we were charged £102 to change the name on the hotel booking. I won’t book with them again.

Mrs Arthur we are sorry to hear you could not go on holiday but you did book online with us and accepted the hotel only booking terms and conditions which advises clearly of the charges to change. We can assist with any evidence for your holiday insurers if you need to make a claim but otherwise you appear to have proceeded to book knowing of the charges and we regret if these were overlooked by you.

Finn was really good on the phone and managed to answer all my queries. We knew what hotel we wanted and we got a good deal. Transfers arranged through Destination 2 now we just have to count down...
