Can only recommend on the delivery of the purchase of Debenhams Travel Insurance as I have not been on holiday yet so can not comment on their efficiency with regards to any potential claims.

I purchased my Travel Insurance from Debenhams only a week ago so it is quite early to provide an in-depth review of the product. I did not even travel yet and I hope not to need to make any claims.

Good Afternoon,
I am sorry to learn of the circumstances described in your feedback above.
Should you wish to have your insurance documents posted, a £2.50 administration charge is applicable, this can be done in the policy purchase path online. Alternatively once a policy has been purchased, to make any amendments that may incur an additional premium, this has to be completed by contacting our call centre.
I have forwarded this matter to our compliance department who will be in contact soon.

Very good web site and a good price for the insurance.I was expecting a Debenham's gift voucher for £15 if I took out this policy - to date (6 March - 2 months later) I have not received this voucher
